Seeing the tangible results of my hard work and knowing that I’ve made a difference in someone’s life makes me feel proud. Whether it’s a successful project, a happy client, helping a colleague grow, or supporting my children as they learn and develop, these moments remind me of the meaningful difference we can make in each other’s lives.
What keeps you up at night?
Besides my girls, what keeps me up at night is the constant desire to do more and improve. I often think about how I can tackle the challenges I face, both in my professional life and within the community. Ensuring that we are always moving forward and not missing any opportunities for growth is something that I continually ponder.
What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?
The biggest obstacle in my life so far has been balancing multiple responsibilities while striving for excellence in each area. Juggling a demanding career, personal growth, and family responsibilities can be challenging, but it has also taught me valuable lessons about time management and prioritization.
One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?
I hope to have grown both personally and professionally. I aim to expand my network locally and make significant strides in my current projects. On a personal level, I hope to have deepened my relationships with my family and friends, dedicating more quality time to creating meaningful memories with them. I also aspire to have made a positive impact in the lives of those around me, fostering a supportive and loving environment for my loved ones.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received is to embrace failure as a learning opportunity. This mindset has allowed me to take risks, learn from my mistakes, and continue pushing forward without fear of setbacks. It has been instrumental in my personal and professional development.
